2.1 Website usage, analytics, and performance data

This website is hosted by Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.

The following technical and usage information may be processed:

• IP address as part of receiving, delivering, and securing network requests;
• date and time of a request;
• requested page, route, or URL;
• filtered query parameters;
• referring website;
• approximate geographical location, such as country, region, or city;
• browser type and version;
• operating system and version;
• device type;
• network connection category;
• page-view information;
• Core Web Vitals and other website-performance measurements;
• technical attribution information relating to page elements;
• analytics or Speed Insights script and SDK version;
• security, diagnostic, and error information.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies to identify visitors. Visitors are distinguished using a temporary hash generated from the incoming request. The visitor session represented by this hash is automatically discarded after 24 hours.

Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated statistics and is not intended to identify individual visitors or reconstruct browsing activity across different websites or applications.

Vercel Speed Insights records anonymous performance data and is not intended to identify a visitor or reconstruct an individual browsing session across pages.

I do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, access tokens, or other directly identifying information to Vercel Web Analytics or Vercel Speed Insights through page URLs, query parameters, or custom analytics events.

2.2 Email and telephone communications

If you contact me by email or telephone, I may process:

• your name;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• company name and job title;
• the content of your message;
• attachments and other information you choose to provide;
• the date, time, and history of our communication.

My business email service is provided through Namecheap Private Email.

Please do not send sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for the purpose of your request.

2.3 Meeting bookings and video calls

The Book a meeting link redirects you to a booking page provided through Google Calendar. A Google Meet link may be created for the appointment.

When you book or attend a meeting, I may process:

• your name;
• email address;
• selected meeting date and time;
• company name or job title, if provided;
• notes or other information entered during booking;
• calendar event information;
• communication relating to rescheduling or cancellation;
• information shared during the meeting.

Meetings are not recorded unless you are informed in advance and there is an appropriate legal basis for the recording.

When you use Google Calendar or Google Meet, Google may process personal and technical data under its own privacy terms.

2.4 Business relationships

If our communication leads to a business relationship, I may additionally process:

• your name and professional contact details;
• company and billing information;
• contractual correspondence;
• invoices and payment information;
• information required to prepare, conclude, or perform a contract;
• records required for accounting, taxation, or legal compliance;
• information necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

3.1 Operating, securing, and improving the website

Website usage, analytics, performance, diagnostic, and security data may be processed to:

• deliver and operate the website;
• maintain website availability and security;
• understand general website traffic;
• identify frequently visited pages;
• measure website performance;
• diagnose technical and usability problems;
• improve website speed and user experience;
• prevent misuse, attacks, and security incidents.

To the extent this processing involves personal data, the legal basis is my legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in operating, securing, measuring, and improving this professional website.

I do not use Vercel Web Analytics or Vercel Speed Insights for behavioural advertising, cross-site tracking, or individual marketing profiles.

3.2 Responding to enquiries

Contact details and communication content may be processed to:

• respond to your message;
• provide requested information;
• discuss possible cooperation;
• arrange further communication.

Where your enquiry concerns possible services or cooperation, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

In other cases, the legal basis is my legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in managing professional communications and responding to relevant enquiries.

3.3 Arranging and conducting meetings

Booking and meeting information may be processed to:

• display available appointment times;
• create and manage an appointment;
• send booking confirmations and reminders;
• create a Google Meet link;
• conduct the requested meeting;
• communicate about changes or cancellations.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the meeting relates to possible contractual cooperation.

Where Article 6(1)(b) GDPR does not apply, the legal basis is my legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in organising professional meetings and communications.

3.4 Performing contracts and complying with legal obligations

Where a business relationship is established, personal data may be processed to:

• prepare, conclude, and perform contracts;
• provide agreed services;
• issue and process invoices;
• maintain business, accounting, and tax records;
• comply with applicable legal obligations;
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The applicable legal bases are:

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of a contract;
• Article 6(1)(c) GDPR for compliance with legal obligations;
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the protection of my legal and business interests.

4.1 Vercel

Vercel Inc. provides website hosting, content delivery, security, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights.

Vercel may process network-request data, technical logs, analytics information, performance measurements, device and browser information, approximate location information, and security or diagnostic data.

The analytics information made available to me is aggregated and is not intended to identify individual visitors.

4.2 Namecheap Private Email

Namecheap, Inc. provides my business email service.

Namecheap may process email addresses, message content, attachments, routing information, spam and security information, and related technical data when email is sent to or stored in my mailbox.

4.3 Google

Google Calendar is used to provide the external meeting-booking page and manage appointments. Google Meet may be used to conduct video meetings.

When you use these services, Google may process personal and technical data under its own privacy terms.

4.4 Other recipients

Personal data may also be disclosed:

• to accountants, tax advisers, legal advisers, or other professional advisers where necessary;
• to public authorities where disclosure is required by law;
• to courts, authorities, or other parties where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
• to other service providers where necessary to provide a requested service or perform a business relationship.

I do not sell personal data.

6.1 Website analytics and performance data

The temporary visitor hash used by Vercel Web Analytics is automatically discarded after 24 hours.

Aggregated analytics and Speed Insights data is available according to the reporting period and configuration of the applicable Vercel plan.

I do not independently combine Vercel analytics data with email, booking, or customer records in order to identify individual website visitors.

6.2 Technical and security data

Technical, diagnostic, and security logs may be retained by Vercel according to its service configuration, security requirements, and applicable retention settings.

Information connected with a suspected security incident may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to investigate the incident, prevent misuse, or protect legal rights.

6.3 General enquiries

Communications that do not result in a business relationship are generally retained for up to 12 months after the last communication.

They may be deleted earlier where they are no longer required, or retained longer where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6.4 Meeting bookings

Booking and calendar information is generally retained for up to 12 months after the meeting or cancellation.

Where the meeting results in ongoing cooperation, relevant information may be retained as part of the resulting business relationship.

6.5 Contractual communications

Communications and records connected with an established business relationship are generally retained for the duration of the relationship and for up to 3 years after it ends.

They may be retained longer where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6.6 Accounting and legally required records

Invoices, accounting records, tax records, and other legally required documents are retained for the periods required by applicable Czech and European law.
